Second only to our pursuit of safety of our personnel, our Management, Metallurgists, and numerous Inspectors monitor our process to ensure that we fulfill your orders with the highest quality products.

Before we mold or pour, many of our more complex geometries, we simulate the casting process and analyze the resulting casting. We set up our molding, melting and pouring practices to intentionally design out, shrinkage and porosity. (See Engineering Support for more info.)
We monitor both our process and our products to best ensure that we meet customer specifications every time.
